Job description

Day (United States of America) CAT Community Therapist This individual provides integrates of quality therapeutic treatment with an array of social services for high-risk youth, and their families who have complex needs in various on and off-site settings. Works along-side other CAT team members to implement evidence-based services to youth that are at high-risk for out of home placements due to the severity of their mental health, social/familial issues, and/or involvement in the legal system. Licensed therapists are responsible for completing face-to-face clinical impressions for unlicensed therapists, signing off on psychosocial assessments and treatment plans. Licensed therapists also may be called upon to do Baker Act evaluations. - Master's degree in Behavioral Health Sciences, such as Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Art Therapy or Marriage and Family Therapy; and Registered Intern status with the State of Florida is also required. - A minimum of two years’ experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral health needs. - Good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new computer systems and programs. - Clinical or professional licenses or cer...
