This role follows a part-time roster of 4 days/32 hours per week as below: - Tuesday 9:30am – 6:00pm - Thursday 8:30 – 5:00pm - Friday 8:30 – 4:30pm - Saturday 8:30am – 5:30pm What you’ll do: - Welcome customers and share your love of coffee. - Create meaningful connections by offering great service and product knowledge. - Support your team to deliver memorable customer experiences. - Confidently use POS systems and digital tools to provide seamless service for every customer. - Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring the boutique always looks its best, with shelves stocked and safety standards upheld. - Bring energy, curiosity, and passion into every shift.
