LDAR Site Supervisor Job Overview: Responsible for the successful management and execution of all phases of Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) project activities--from small-scale operations to complex, large-value projects. This role includes direct supervision of personnel, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. The LDAR Supervisor is a communicator, a coordinator, and a catalyst for operational excellence; ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Team Leadership - Serves as the direct supervisor to a team of approximately 6 technical staff. - Provides consistent, clear direction and follows up to ensure task completion and accountability. - Manages performance through goal setting, routine check-ins, and real-time coaching. - Ensures the team understands expectations and delivers on commitments.
