Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Professional certification in Human Resources Management. - 9 years of experience in human resources, people operations, or a related generalist role. - 2 years of experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) analytics to identify trends and present insights to leadership. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience as a subject matter expertise in UK or US employment law, resolving high-risk or complex litigation/employee relations cases separately. - 4 years of experience in a technology or Research and Development (R&D) organization during a period of 20% or greater year-over-year headcount growth or through a organizational scale-up phase. - 3 years of experience in people management, coaching, and developing teams in a global environment.
