Woodfords Family Services has an exciting opening for a Residential Coordinator on our team in Biddeford, Maine. Position Summary: The Residential Coordinator will manage the daily operations of their designated residences. This oversight will ensure that consumers receive high-quality care, that direct care staff are adequately supervised and supported, and that the residence operates efficiently and effectively in accordance with agency, state, and federal standards. The Coordinator will work with adults to provide personalized care in their homes, focusing on active daily living skills, fostering independence, and addressing personal care needs. This includes adhering to individualized treatment plans and implementing positive support and behavior management strategies. Additionally, the Coordinator will ensure that adults have the necessary supports to fully engage with and benefit from their communities.
