Anglo American Steelmaking Coal: Steelmaking coal is an essential ingredient in blast-furnace steel manufacture, producing steel used for critical building and infrastructure around the world. In Australia, we operate five steelmaking coal mines in Queensland’s Bowen Basin. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer - Document Control to support the management of documentation within the site Safety and Health Management System (SHMS). This role ensures all safety documentation is accurate, compliant, and effectively controlled. Ideally you will possess significant professional experience in Document Control, particularly working within a project and Operator environment. You will have demonstrable experience in establishing and maintaining document control processes, managing internal and external communications as well as track and close out document flow involving submission, issuance, transmission, receipt and prepare and report on status.
