Private Markets Operations Manager

Description We are seeking a Private Markets Operations Manager at our downtown, Cleveland, Ohio wealth management firm to oversee the end-to-end operational and reporting lifecycle for private market investments. This role is responsible for managing subscription workflows, onboarding clients and investments onto the Arch platform, and ensuring accurate integration, linking, and reporting across portfolio accounting systems including Orion, Addepar, and PARis. The individual will serve as a key liaison across external fund managers, GLAS, the investment office, and external vendors to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in private markets operations. This position offers work from home availability 2 days per week after initial orientation period.
