Overview Job Title: Zscaler Support Engineer - (Contractor/Consultant) Location: Remote / USA Type: Independent Contract (Contractor / Non-Employee) Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $75/hr 1099 or corp to corp Travel: None: Position Overview: We are seeking a Zscaler technician who is responsible for implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Zscaler's cloud security solutions, primarily ZIA (Internet Access) and ZPA (Private Access) and ensure secure network connectivity, optimize security policies, and provide technical support to resolve complex connectivity and user-access issues. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Implementation & Configuration: Deploy, configure, and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments. - Troubleshooting: Analyze network issues involving HTTP/HTTPS traffic, SSL inspection, DNS, firewalls, and authentication methods (SAML, SCIM, Active Directory). - Support & Incident Management: Act as a front-line or escalation point for complex technical issues, providing, and debugging solutions. - Optimization & Policy: Proactively monitor and tune Zscaler policies, including DLP, CASB, and threat protection to improve pe...
