Description The Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center / Department of Oncology is seeking applicants for the Director of the Head and Neck Cancer Program. The successful applicant will be charged with leading the growth and expansion of a multidisciplinary group. The Director of the Head and Neck Cancer Program will have opportunities for program building, mentorship, and scholarship, by providing leadership to the faculty focused on patient care and research. The Director of the Head and Neck Cancer Program will have unique abilities to interact with ground-breaking researchers at Johns Hopkins. The faculty candidate will be expected to lead in the conduct of phase I, phase II, and/or phase III clinical trials investigating novel therapeutics in these diseases or have additional interests in patient-oriented research. Candidates with successful translational research programs are encouraged to apply as well. The successful applicant will be charged with developing a portfolio of innovative clinical or translational research in head and neck cancer.
