Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking bright, motivated college graduate to join our team as a Geotechnical Field Professional in Alliance, OH. As a Geotechnical Field Professional, you will provide higher-level task support to the Construction Observation and Testing (COT) group including, but not limited to, the following: - Observe and document construction activities to assure compliance with technical specifications - Prepare daily field reports and test summaries documenting the work being performed - Assist in the preparation of geotechnical reports - Perform routine calculations, including settlement, bearing capacity, lateral earth pressures, slope stability, etc. under the training of senior staff - Provide a variety of other observation and testing services for geotechnical and environmental development projects as you support geologists, engineers, and scientists for a diverse client base in the private and public sectors Requirements: You must own a reliable vehicle, have a good driving record, like working with people, and enjoy working outdoors.
