Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Friendly Job Description: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you’ll play a key hands-on role in helping clients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist and following customized treatment plans, you’ll deliver supportive, meaningful care that makes a real impact in clients’ daily lives. What You’ll Do: - Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments based on the care plan created by the Physical Therapist and physician. - Help clients learn how to use mobility devices and therapeutic equipment such as wheelchairs, braces, and other assistive tools. - Observe and report client progress, reactions, and changes in condition to the care team. - Support the Physical Therapist by offering suggestions on equipment needs or home environment modifications. - Teach clients and their families how to perform exercises and supportive activities safely and effectively. - Document visits, interventions, observatio...
