Company: Marsh Description: IT Product Support Coordinator We’re hiring an IT Product Support Coordinator based in our Cluj tech hub. This is a high‑visibility, strategic role working directly with the IT Director and partnering with Technology Programme Managers across Marsh UK. You’ll own the operational, financial and risk foundations that make UK technology delivery possible — from audit readiness and regulatory tracking to financial governance. This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. We will count on you to: Own the technology estate’s security posture — track vulnerabilities, remediation actions and compliance status across the portfolio. Be the primary operational interface with AMS (Application Management Services): manage SLAs, surface and resolve escalations, and prevent delivery blockers. Maintain audit readiness for the technology function: own the audit findings log, collect evidence, and drive findings to closure within agreed timelines.
