**This role is not open for submissions from outside staffing agencies** CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE II What Brought You Here: - Pay: $18-$23 per hour - Day shift hours: 8AM - 5PM Monday through Friday - Benefits starting DAY ONE! - Earn additional pay based on team performance with our Monthly Production Incentive Compensation Program! - Located at- New Berlin, WI Who You Are: A customer service representative that makes it a priority to ensure the customers have the support they need. You have good prior data entry experience. What You Will Be Doing: Senior-level position that provides customer service support to the organization by telephone, fax, or email by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action for complex customers and issues as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Identifies and contributes with the generation of potential sales leads to the organization.
