Built at BCD Travel, it’s a self-service solution that empowers customers to manage their travel independently. This is not a standard travel agent position. You won’t be booking trips from scratch, but rather acting as a problem solver and tech support when needed. Your role will focus on supporting users when they encounter issues, need changes, or require rebookings.
