Overview: The Facility Operations Technician is responsible for supporting all aspects of event setup, changeover, teardown, and facility readiness. This role plays a critical part in ensuring events are executed efficiently, safely, and according to established layout specifications and timelines. Primary responsibilities include setting up and dismantling stages, seating configurations, tables, equipment, and back-of-house (BOH) spaces. Operations Technicians complete event-to-event conversions, often under tight deadlines, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
