Position Purpose: Drives the development and execution of strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience and compliance. This executive role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree in a related field preferred. 10+ years healthcare operations experience required. Six Sigma and deep operational experience preferred Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance. required.
