Job Description Summary: We are looking for a professional Janitor able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. This is part-time position. Job Description: - Must be able to perform all phases of cleaning, including, but not limited to: - Maintaining floors in a clean state by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and/or waxing - Dusting wooden surfaces - Emptying and clean trash receptacles and collect recycling - Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking consumables in bathrooms and kitchens - Replacing light bulbs and changing filters - Cleaning windows - Responding to special requests such as emergency clean-up or event preparation - Cleaning and servicing custodial equipment as needed - Performing minor repairs on furniture, buildings, appliances, fixtures, and equipment - Reporting any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards - Ensuring grounds areas are clean and orderly, including shoveling snow and sweeping entry-way - Comply with Company Bio-Security Rules and Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, Animal...
