Service Delivery Manager, YouTube Global Vendor Operations

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in business/product operations and strategy. - 5 years of experience in identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver the results. - Experience in vendor operations management (or overseeing vendor operations programs). Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions. - Experience with AI enabled solutions including Agentic AI across text and multi-modal applications for self-help support and troubleshooting use-cases. - Experience in dealing with ambiguity, achieving results in a fluid environment and continually adapting to changing business needs. - Ability to communicate and influence effectively, including strong presentation skills and experience presenting to executive audiences. - Interest in technologies such as leveraging Generative AI tools in your day-to-day to enhance the quality, effectiveness and creativity of your deliverables.
