Medical Director Location: Flexible (within Peregrine service regions) Employment Type: Full-Time (3 Administrative Days / 2 Clinical Days) Department : Clinical Leadership Reports To: Chief Executive Officer About Peregrine: Peregrine is a fast-growing behavioral health services and technology platform that partners with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Community Health Centers (CHCs) to expand access to high-quality mental health and substance use disorder care. We combine technology, clinical operations, and mission-driven partnerships to bring behavioral health services to underserved communities across multiple states. Position Summary: The Medical Director will serve as a key member of Peregrine’s leadership team, responsible for clinical oversight, medical governance, and partnership with operational and product teams to drive clinical excellence across the organization. This leader will split their time between administrative leadership and direct patient care .
