Job description

JOB PURPOSE: Deliver the Polly’s Family Brand “Fresh, Friendly, Above & Beyond Expectations by adding Extraordinary Value, FIRST to our TEAM, and then to our Guests Daily,” and Commit to “Being the BEST.” JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference. - Prepares the tables, lays out napkins and utensils, makes sure the condiments are refilled, and performs all other preparation tasks. - “Protects the Brand” by demonstrating menu expertise, identify menu items in Point of Sale System, and able to identify menu items and ingredients for the guests. - Serves high-quality food and checks all orders to ensure they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly, and attractive in appearance. - Monitors and oversees food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce the incidence of risk factors known to cause food-borne illness. - Consistently exceed Polly’s standards and maintain mystery shopper scores of 90 and above. - Follow proper cash handling procedures, as defined by the Cash Handling Policy. - Must D.W.I.T.
