About the team: The TikTok Shop Europe Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) team focuses on developing e-commerce strategies for emerging markets. We drive market growth by crafting tailored plans, optimising operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support merchants and creators. Our mission is to enable sustainable success in Europe’s dynamic e-commerce landscape through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.
