Your Role in Our Mission: Full-time Schedule: - Flexible schedule , but typically Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM. Some evenings and weekends may be required. Community-Based Role: The IPS Employment Support Professional (ESP) performs as an integral part of the management team, working with adults with mental health and/or substance use issues.
