Job Category: Manufacturing & Operations Job Family: Plant Production Job Description: As a Production Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of production partners in a food manufacturing setting to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes. This role ensures that all food products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory guidelines, while maximizing productivity. What you’ll do: Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures. - Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of production supervisors to drive performance, accountability and engagement.
