Overview Expleo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a global HR Transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience delivering analysis within HR change initiatives and has contributed to at least one major HR transformation project. Experience with Learning platform implementations (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors Learning, Workday Learning) is highly desirable, as the role will support the rollout of a new enterprise learning solution.Reporting into the Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for requirements definition, process design, stakeholder engagement, and supporting delivery teams across several HR workstreams.
