The Opportunity Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is seeking a Data & Automation Analyst 2 to join our Intelligent Automation team. In this role, you’ll build and maintain Dataverse data structures, develop Power BI dashboards, write custom SQL reports, and support automation-related data flows that enable scalable, insight-driven operations. The Challenge: You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into trusted data products—well-designed Dataverse tables, accurate reporting datasets, and intuitive dashboards. You’ll balance multiple requests, ensure data quality, and deliver reporting and automation-ready data solutions that drive measurable outcomes. What You’ll Be Responsible For: - Design, build, and maintain Dataverse tables (schema, relationships, data standards, and documentation) to support reporting and automation use cases - Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards (data modeling, DAX measures, visuals, performance tuning, and publishing) - Write and maintain custom SQL queries and reports to support operational and analytical needs - Support automation data flows (data movement, transformations, refresh reliability, and monitoring) in partnership with the Inte...
