Position Overview: Multimatic Niche Vehicles North America (MNVNA) is the exclusive production facility of the Ford Mustang GTD supercar. MNVNA is seeking an Automotive Paint Technician Trainer who will utilize their knowledge, experience and skill set in the automotive paint industry to train others in full cycle paint process, which includes part preparation, sanding, masking, graphics application, painting and polishing of carbon fiber, metal and plastic body panels to be used on new vehicles. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for anyone who is detail oriented, has strong communication and organizational skills, is great at coaching and mentoring and is passionate about automotive. Duties and Responsibilities: Training and Mentoring: Leads and mentors a team of trainee painters and prep technicians, providing on-the-job training, guidance on best practices, and instruction on established techniques and safety protocols.
