General Position Summary & Responsibilities: The Recycling Operations Facility Supervisor reports directly to the Recycling Operations Facility Manager and has a primary focus on driving, guiding, and influencing the support mechanisms that streamline and coordinate the overall operational effectiveness and efficiency of the assigned operations. The Recycling Operations Facility Supervisor focuses specifically on: overall Health & Safety and Environmental compliance; quality control; maintenance and accuracy of all material (FE and NF); appropriate inventory management; timely processing of administrative paperwork; efficient work prioritization and scheduling; continuous improvement for the facilities general maintenance, administration, and management of Production employees, including continuous training and development. This position operates within flexible parameters. The primary goal of this position is to achieve excellence in all facets of facility and operations management.
