Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Support Specialist to support sales management and sales team across all markets. The ideal candidate will coordinate CIF submissions, collect vendor documentation (such as W-9s and payment details), and partner closely with Finance to ensure accurate setup of consultants in Oracle/Netsuite. This role will also provide administrative support to the sales organization by assisting with proposals, tracking contracts and licensing requirements, maintaining customer records, and supporting sales reporting and forecasting efforts.
