HB Studios is a driving force in the creation of sports video games and the studio behind PGA TOUR 2K Golf – presently working on Console and PC. As a Producer, you will lead a cross-functional team, supporting the production and development of features and content, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business strategy. In this role, you will make day-to-day decisions while handling low to medium complexity tasks and features. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with studio leadership, designers, engineers, animators, and artists to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. Serve as a liaison between development teams, management, and external associates to ensure clear communication and coordination. Assist in establishing and maintaining production processes, workflows, tools, and pipelines to optimize efficiency and team performance. Support multidisciplinary teams in crafting a high-quality, immersive, and engaging player experience.
