Addiction and Mental Health Worker/Registered Practical Nurse, Withdrawal Management Direct Service - (OPSEU) Relief This position is being posted for an expansion of the current relief pool St. Thomas, Ontario (Elgin Zone): We believe in recovery. Through our Withdrawal Management Program, we provide a safe environment for clients as they experience withdrawal symptoms; ensuring a calm, respectful and supportive environment as clients undertake the difficult work of moving forward in their recovery journeys. As part of this multi-disciplinary team, you will support clients in a short-term residential setting by providing crisis management and encouragement while ensuring a calm and respectful environment for all. We are currently seeking candidates with open availability for all shifts, including weekdays and weekends; including day, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts. Shift length in these programs varies, up to and including 12-hour shifts. Relief staff have flexibility to accept shifts that suit their schedules but will commit to accepting a minimum of three shifts per month.
