Robots & Pencils is an applied AI engineering firm building production AI systems for enterprise clients across multiple markets. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead day-to-day delivery on one of our most complex and high-visibility active engagements - an agentic learning platform designed to create a new educational model for human-centered learning in the Age of AI. This is not a greenfield project. The platform is in active development with a committed release timeline, a cross-functional team spanning engineering, product, design, and QA, and a client organization that is deeply invested in the outcome. You will be stepping into a delivery leadership role on a team that is already moving and needs someone who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum without slowing things down.
