Quality Control Inspector Night Shift

Job description

Primary Responsibilities: - Monitor and verify Critical control Points (CCPs) meet requirements and ensure any corrective actions are properly performed and recorded - Conduct and support internal audits and help ensure good manufacturing practices (GMPs) are being followed - Verify and monitor product labeling and changeovers to ensure accurate labeling of all products - Acquire samples in accordance with aseptic technique and methodologies - Correctly label and collect routine pre-harvest and post-harvest product samples as scheduled - Perform sampling of the production environment using aseptic technique - Enter sample orders into the laboratory portal per written procedures - Ensure samples are given to delivery drivers and that proper chain of custody is performed - Perform data entry of results from validation studies or other special projects - Monitor inventory of PPE and other food safety and quality supplies - Provide training when required - Performs any other quality related tasks or special projects as assigned Shift Schedule: 8 PM - 8 AM - rotational shift: Monday-Tuesday & Friday-Saturday, next week Wednesday - Thursday
