Description The Maintenance Technician will be responsible, under the direction of the Head Groundskeeper, for ensuring that all golf course equipment and/or grounds maintenance equipment is maintained, repaired and operational at all times, and for operating specialized equipment in the maintenance shop and on the course.. Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to this position. Essential duties can include, but are not limited to: 1) Determine preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment 2) Diagnose malfunctions of equipment and determine appropriate resolutions 3) Operate equipment within the guidelines of the appropriate Operator’s Manual 4) Determine the appropriate inventory levels of parts and supplies. 5) Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications & Requirements: The Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees.
