Job description

Job Title: Junior Site Maintenance Engineer (Intern) Job Location: Milan (Italy): Main Responsibilities: Maintenance Coordination: Assist in supervising preventive and corrective maintenance for critical site infrastructure, including: HVAC: Precision air conditioning and cooling systems. Power Systems: Low/Medium voltage panels, UPS, 48V DC power stations, and transformer substations. Safety & Protection: Grounding systems, lightning protection, and fire suppression systems. Emergency Power: Fixed and mobile diesel generators. Technical Support: Provide remote troubleshooting support for Power and Cooling issues to field technicians, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Site Monitoring: Utilize remote plant monitoring systems to track performance and identify potential failures before they impact service. Vendor Management: Monitor the progress of on-site operations by subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with technical designs and quality standards. Reporting: Detect and report constraints during work execution; follow up on technical issues until final resolution and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
