Are you passionate about supporting young adults to build confidence, independence, and real‑world life skills? We are seeking a r eliable and proactive Program Support Worker to support the delivery of our Pathways to Independence Program. This role plays a key part in ensuring participants feel safe, supported, and engaged, while also helping the program run smoothly behind the scenes. This role operates on weekday hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:00pm. These hours include participant transport, in‑session program support, and assistance with daily program setup and pack‑down. The position is well suited to someone who enjoys building rapport with young people, working within structured programs, and contributing to a positive, organised program environment.
