Department: Randy Owen Center for the Performing Arts Salary: $10.00 per hour (May 26-28, 2026) Schedule: Limited Time: May 26 (9-10 am training), May 27 (4-11 pm), May 28 (4-8 pm) Position Summary: University Student Assistants supporting the grand opening of the Randy Owen Center for the Performing Arts will play a key role in delivering a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized event experience for all guests. Responsibilities include preparing event spaces, assisting with crowd management, scanning tickets, supporting concessions, and providing exceptional guest service. Team members will also assist with setup and cleanup, move signage and stanchions, stock materials, and perform light custodial duties. Working closely with event management, staff will serve as a primary point of contact for guest assistance while ensuring all performances operate efficiently from start to finish. Attendance at training and participation in scheduling meetings are required.
