This position is eligible for $2,500 retention bonus. Job Summary: The Providence Center helps adults, adolescents and children affected by psychiatric illnesses, emotional problems and addictions by providing treatment and supportive services within a community setting. The Clinical Therapist, Behavioral Health Outpatient Program (BHOP) will provide outpatient psychotherapy at The Providence Center or in the community. This position is full time and on-site. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of assigned consumers. Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments and integrated summary forms. Develop and implement a plan of care with ongoing consumer input. Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment. Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements. Other duties as assigned. Requirements : Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required. LICSW and LMHC Preferred. Candidate must have OR be in the process of obtaining Independent license (LICSW and/or LMHC).
