Global Management Consultant

Job description

We are hiring a Management Consultant to help ING move forward on key strategic priorities across the bank. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to understand their most important challenges and translate them into clear, practical plans. You will support topics such as shaping ING’s strategy, improving ways of working, redesigning team and organisational structures, and turning long‑term ambitions into realistic, actionable steps. You will help clarify complex issues, break them into manageable components, and support decision‑making by presenting clear options and recommendations. You will lead initiatives from problem definition through solution development and prepare teams for effective implementation. Your work will help ING make better decisions, improve alignment across the organisation and deliver meaningful, sustainable progress.
