Lead the Entertainment Theatrical Services and Theming Teams in managing parkwide theatrical elements, holiday/thematic décor, and supporting the development of entertainment from inception to operation. Overseeing the technical components including audio/video, lighting, special effects, rigging, pyrotechnics, scenic, and properties. Ensuring budget administration (capital, expense, & labor), training, coaching & development, and quality assurance align with the park and departmental goals, safety targets and objectives.
