Full-time | On-site | Monday - Friday, daytime business hours Anticipated pay range: $20 - $22 per hour As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be a key connection point between families and care teams, helping ensure a smooth, supportive experience for both clients and clinicians. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent service.
