Job description

Your Role As a Sales Controller, you play a key role in driving commercial performance. You analyze sales results, support forecasting and budgeting, and act as a finance business partner to the Sales organization. Your insights help steer pricing, margins, and profitable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales performance across regions, customers, and product lines (revenue, volume, price, margin) - Own and support sales forecasting and budgeting in close cooperation with Sales Management - Monitor and analyze pricing, discounts, rebates, and margin development, identifying risks and opportunities - Prepare monthly sales performance reports including variance analyses versus budget, forecast, and prior year - Deliver actionable commercial insights to Sales, Finance, and Management to support decision‑making - Develop and continuously improve sales dashboards and KPIs in Power BI - Support sales‑related month‑end closing activities (e.g. revenue, accruals, provisions, bonuses) - Act as a finance business partner for Sales, supporting commercial initiatives and growth projects - Participate in cross‑functional projects with a strong commercial or sales focus Your Profile: - D...
