THIS OPPORTUNITY: Join Ipsos' Innovation Service Line as a Senior Research Manager where you'll empower brands to drive innovation success by supporting the Director in project execution and client account management. As a Senior Research Manager, you will support the end-to-end execution of projects and assist in managing key client accounts to support the growth of the business. The Senior Research Manager may also manage an assigned portfolio within Innovation. Key accountabilities include: - Cultivate strong client relationships through understanding their needs and business priorities to secure ongoing engagements. - Demonstrate empathy and effective problem-solving, contributing to client retention and exploring new opportunities with existing clients. - Actively participate in budget planning, ensuring project profitability and coordinating with senior leaders for strategic alignment and new ventures. - Understand client strategies and needs to develop standard proposals, collaborate on complex pitches with seniors, and partner across service lines. - Manage project responsibilities including clear client communication, independent project setup, and mentoring teams in timel...
