Job Description The BI Director is the strategic pivot who translates business needs into actionable data solutions (dashboards, reports, analyses). He/She is the essential link between business teams and the company's data assets, ensuring that BI efforts are aligned with strategic objectives and that the information provided enables informed decision-making and in-depth strategic analyses. He/She plays a key role in supporting the strategy of all departments and in accompanying their data-driven transformation so that they develop their maturity in their data domains. He/She leads a team of business analysts whose technical progression and knowledge of data and business in their domains he/she will have to ensure, in order to develop their autonomy. 1. Strategy and Business Alignment Business-Data Link : Act as a key partner with business departments to understand their challenges, key performance indicators (KPIs) and information needs. Strategic Prioritization : Define and maintain a BI roadmap aligned with the company's objectives.
