Location: London Hybrid working: 4 days in the office Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent We're looking for a Production Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our Studio team, keeping projects moving, people informed, and productions running smoothly across a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You'll coordinate schedules, manage logistics, track deliverables, and ensure the right people have the right information at the right time. You'll work closely with Producers, Editors, Creative Directors, Client Services and external partners to coordinate productions from brief to delivery, across branded content, social formats and original programming. What You'll Do: Own Production Scheduling & Project Management Build and maintain production schedules across multiple concurrent projects, tracking milestones, deadlines and resource availability. Coordinate shoot logistics including location bookings, crew scheduling, equipment hire and travel arrangements. Manage call sheets, production documents and briefing packs, ensuring all parties are prepared and aligned ahead of production.
