Job Summary: Lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and Naval Weapons Station in Charleston, SC. As DAWSON’s Project Manager for Facilities Support Services, you will oversee the delivery of integrated base operations services—including facilities maintenance, janitorial, grounds maintenance, dispatching, estimating/planning and environmental/safety compliance. Your leadership ensures the Charleston campus remains operational, secure, and mission-ready to support federal law enforcement training. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government for all facilities support operations covered under Section C – Client PWS.
