The Opportunity at Altana: We are seeking a high-leverage Chief of Staff (CoS) to serve as a strategic partner and extension of our CEO. This is a high accountability role designed for a leader who can operate elbow-to-elbow with our executive team while remaining unafraid to get deep into the weeds of execution. The primary mission of the CoS is to drive must-win initiatives and ensure organizational scalability as we navigate complex environments. You will be the architect of our operating system. Designing the cadences, decision forums, and accountability mechanisms that allow Altana to run on systems rather than just personalities.
