Associate Process Engineer

Job description

Overview This role supports new product transfers, process development initiatives, technology integration, and continuous improvement projects. The position provides hands‑on engineering support by adapting and applying established engineering methods, conducting tests and inspections, and preparing technical reports and calculations. The role also includes troubleshooting production processes and equipment, as well as providing technical guidance to processing and operations personnel. Monday through Friday 8:15am to 4:30pm Responsibilities: - Utilizing planning techniques, assist process engineers through seamless transition from R&D to manufacturing of new products and processes. - Generate equipment validation protocols and assist process engineers to develop process validation protocols in collaboration with Quality Engineering department. - Develop and execute Design of Experiment (DOE) activities to establish equipment, product or process specifications.
