About Alpine Alpine Home Air is one of the largest direct-to-consumer HVAC companies in the U.S., with 20+ years of operational excellence and a highly sophisticated technical backend. We are now undertaking a complete transformation of our front-end experience , including a full website redesign, a next-generation System Selector tool, and a content-driven buyer education platform. We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can translate complex buyer journeys into elegant, high-converting digital experiences. What You Will Do: - Lead UX strategy, visual design, and interface systems across the entire Alpine website - Design high-conversion landing pages for 100+ HVAC buyer intents - Create the full UI and UX flow for our new System Selector tool (interactive guided buying experience) - Build the Alpine design system (typography, components, responsive structure) - Redesign mobile-first user journeys with clarity, trust, and calmness - Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to deliver pixel-perfect implementation - Contribute to brand identity refresh and visual storytelling across the site What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience designing complex consu...
