Department: 10010 Rehabilitation Services: IL - Administration Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Full-time position with exact location to be determined on an as-needed basis with manager. Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65 This is a FLOAT position- could be scheduled in Aurora IL and Downers Grove IL AMG Sites. This is an outpatient- ortho position. Float differential $5.00 per hour: Weekend Differential $2.00 per hour: OFFERING A $5000 SIGN-ON BONUS PAYABLE IN TWO INSTALLMENTS - 50% AFTER 90 DAYS - 50% AFTER ONE YEAR Major Responsibilities: · Interprets physician referrals and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations utilizing appropriate methods. · Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals. · Monitors and evaluates outcomes and appropriately adjusts the individualized treatment plan based on the patient's response to treatment and provides status updates to physicians.
