Production Optimization Engineer

Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Production Support: Assist with monitoring production operations within Delkor’s business systems to help support efficiency, quality, and on‑time delivery. - Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, project management, and scheduling teams to support daily production activities and improvement efforts. Build a strong sense of pride, culture, and teamwork through involvement, listening, and celebrating victories as key milestones are achieved and maintained. - Process Improvement: Participate in identifying process improvement opportunities and assist with implementing changes that improve efficiency and productivity. - Resource Allocation: Assist with labor and resource analysis to support production capacity planning under the direction of the Production Optimization Manager.
